How we use your details

This is the app's standard wording. The club can replace it in the admin area.

Example Cricket Club uses your details to run the lottery: to record your numbers and payments, to run the draws, to tell you if you win, and to make the returns the law requires to Ashford Borough Council.

We keep your name, address, email, phone number, the numbers you hold and your payments. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone except where the law requires it.

Financial and draw records are kept for six years, as the law expects. After that, your personal details are removed from them.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or to correct them, by contacting the club.
